Look, they all say this. But most of them know very well why they went to Russia and why they fight for Russia. But they don’t know how risky it will be, or how many soldiers die at the front lines. That’s the real “scam” here.

You want to believe them but most of them were desperate and were totally willing to work for Russia and bear arms against Ukraine. What they didn’t foresee was the Russians treating them like complete shit and using them as cannon fodder. That’s unfortunate but they kind of get what they deserve.
