Light wins and evil gets vanquished more and more. I pray you can see this. Just think how it used to be just a few years ago. And how even on the bad days, it's not that bad anymore.

Among all fine arts, music is the only evanescent one by definition: no stone is carved, and no paint is laid on canvas. Once it's gone, it's gone. Ultimately, music is the result of air pressure variations on your ear; those air molecules have some fun for a while, and then they stop being the vehicle of music until someone pushes them again with more sounds. The fact that music has no lasting material support could lead one to think of music as the most 'pure' of all art forms: it's just there and then, like plain air opposed to stone! Nobody will ever be able to say again what Mozart sounded like and what the Romans liked to listen to... It's just gone with the air. God bless the invention of recording! This composition is truly magical; thank you.

@mlekuWith this music I had one of my greatest points of enlightenment and connection to my soul cousin. My soul familiys god. When I see this picture I see remember how hightening and cheerful, yet mysterious and friendly her energy was at this point. @astridsapion5963Lirien was no ordinary royal. Her hair flowed like liquid silver, catching the currents, and her eyes glowed with the amber of sunken treasures. Unlike her father, who guarded Atlantis with stern tradition, Lirien yearned to explore beyond the city’s pearl gates. She’d heard whispers from the sea creatures—tales of a surface world where mountains pierced the sky and beings walked on two legs. Her heart pulsed with curiosity, a rhythm the ocean couldn’t contain.
One twilight, as bioluminescent jellyfish lit the palace halls, Lirien slipped away. She carried a trident forged from a leviathan’s bone, a gift from her mother who’d vanished years before, seeking answers to a prophecy: When the tides turn black, the daughter of the sea shall rise or fall. Lirien didn’t believe in omens, but the words clung to her like seaweed.
She swam upward, past schools of fish and ancient wrecks, until the water grew warm and the surface shimmered above. Breaking through, she gasped at the air—sharp and strange—and beheld a sky ablaze with stars. A storm brewed on the horizon, its clouds swirling like ink spilled into the sea. Below, the ocean darkened, and a chill gripped her. The prophecy’s shadow had followed.
On a nearby shore stood a human village, its lanterns flickering against the gale. Lirien, cloaked in a mantle of woven kelp, stepped onto the sand, her legs trembling as the trident steadied her. The villagers spoke of a blight poisoning their waters—fish dying, nets empty, a darkness seeping from the deep. Lirien knew this was no coincidence. The black tide was real, and it threatened both her world and theirs.
She returned to Atlantis, confronting her father. “The surface suffers, and so will we,” she pleaded. Thalassar, rigid as coral, refused to act. “Our realm is eternal,” he said. “The surface is not our concern.” But Lirien saw the truth in the murky currents swirling beyond the gates—a sickness born of greed, from ancient Atlantean mines long abandoned, leaking poison into the sea.
With a band of loyal merfolk—her friend Kael, a swift-tailed scout, and Mara, a healer with knowledge of old magic—Lirien journeyed to the mines. There, in caverns of jagged crystal, they found the source: a rift spewing tar-like corruption, guarded by a serpentine beast, its scales glinting like obsidian. It was a relic of Atlantis’s past, a creation of hubris from when her ancestors sought to bend the ocean’s power.
The battle was fierce. Kael darted through the water, distracting the beast, while Mara chanted spells to stem the rift’s flow. Lirien faced the serpent, her trident clashing against its fangs. As it lunged, she drove the weapon into its heart, releasing a surge of light that sealed the rift. The black tide receded, the sea breathing anew.
Returning to Atlantis, Lirien stood before her father, victorious but changed. The villagers above sent gifts—carved shells and woven nets—grateful for the restored waters. Thalassar, seeing his daughter’s resolve, relented. “Perhaps the surface and the deep are not so apart,” he mused.
Lirien became a bridge between worlds, a princess who rose where others might have fallen. The prophecy fulfilled, she ruled one day not just Atlantis, but the hope of unity beneath and above the waves.
