Pro Tips for Perfect Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta Every Time
Video Overview & Insights
This Garlic Shrimp Pasta combines tender sautéed shrimp with a lemony white wine sauce and al dente spaghetti. This comes together in just 30 minutes with simple ingredients and fresh seafood. It’s a family-friendly dinner that feels fancy but couldn’t be easier to make. Perfect for both weeknights and romantic date nights.
IDK if you will see this, but if you do. What is the vein, on the opposite side of the poop shoot? I always butterfly my shrimp on bot sides, just cause IDK what that other line is so I take it out. Nevermind you actually answered that in this video. I'm still gonna remove it though I don't like the idea of eating a "nerve bundle"

Don't put cheese with seafood. Ever. Mangiacakes do that not real Italians.

I think this is the same as every shrimp scampi recipe I have seen, possibly except cheese/cream.

@tomtinker220That's Awesome!! Can't wait to make that one.
@charlesmcconnell7291Made this for the family a couple nights ago. Had to tweak it a little bit because I was feeding 7 and used red bell pepper instead of Fresno. Couldn’t do heat with the kids. Everybody loved it. Was definitely a big hit. Thank you!!
@VictorPanzanelliuse fresh shrimp instead of IQF
@markhicks8377What can you use insted of wine if you don't want to use it?
@specktrablaze5639I would remove the shell tails. You only make it with the tails once. Huge PITA to eat.
@thecowsaysmoo6084Made it today. Wish I could send a pic
@JamesJones-xk9xxshrimp with landolakes butter and cruzan lime juice on the BBQ in HD aluminum foil , now I'm hungry for some 😋🤪😋🤪😋🤪😋🤪

@rocapriori7000Looks very tasty,thank you
@carriedick4721Regarding cheese on seafood dishes….
I know it’s verboten in true Italian cuisine to put cheese on seafood dishes, but I’ve always been one not to always follow the rules, I’m incorrigible for sure.
I believe whatever taste good is personal after all you are the one who’s eating it. Use what you like.
You won’t get arrested unless you’re working in an Italian restaurant in Italy. Remember, there is no such thing as a cooks prison.
Work of art on the video except at 7:56 parsley piece on nail
@BRICH123Shrimp scampi!
@GarapetsaAre Liberals insane?
@TerrenceJohnson-t1oI always add plenty of grated parmesan, as, not only does it add flavour, it helps to thicken the sauce.
@simonmellor4028Besides the ingredients he used in the entree, I like to add halved grape tomatoes, shallots, and capers to my shrimp scampi.
I also prefer to use lemon zest AND lemon juice.
I believe finely grated parmesan reggiano cheese goes perfectly with shrimp. If he were to incorporate gruyere into the dish, then I'd really have a problem with it.
Microplaned parmesan reggiano LITERALLY goes with every Italian dish. 😆
This is EXACTLY how I make my shrimp scampi (excluding the fresno chilli.) I used to have it over pasta, but in the last few years I've eliminated carbs... So I can't use bucatini, spaghetti, angel hair, or linguine anymore.
If I decide to splurge and have pasta, I'll usually use angel hair because it's lighter on my stomach.
