This is one of the best sci-fi films I've ever seen. it's up in the top five for sure

HEY-O RYAN!!!! just wanted to say.. there is a level of sophistication in you that is beyond compare... you joke often.... so it is fun to watch... but honestly you are super savvy and way over the top sophisticated... while being so down to earth real... your humor comes I think in that not many reach you where you sit in sophistication.... sooo you joke around alot.. to catch everyone at ground level... but you go above and beyond...

I have AD block on so I completely forgot about this movie until my mom asked me if I wanted to go see a movie with her and I could pick what to watch. Then all of a sudden this popped in my head again and I immediately said Project Hail Mary. Absolutely fantastic movie.

I'm glad I went into the movie without watching this trailer. It was so much better without expecting it at all.

The Martian was one of the best movies I saw in the 2010s.
This movie is easily the best movie I've seen in 20+ years.

I never read the book before watching this movie and I didn't know the hype about this movie either. I was out with my bestie and we had nothing to do. I watched the trailer and tbh the trailer didn't interest me at all🤣🤣 but we still went to watch it after seeing the crazy reviews online. BEST DECISION EVER! and now I watch this movie again and again everyday... and listen to the OST day and night. LOL.

The production people on this movie clearly relied on the stat that the average movie viewer is at an 8th grade level.

Most boring movie ive seen in quite some time. Honestly dont see the hype about it.

Overated movie

I honestly don’t even know where to begin because words genuinely cannot express how much I LOVE this movie.

Project Hail Mary is not just one of the best sci-fi movies ever made… it’s one of the best movies I have EVER seen in my entire life. This is the kind of film that reminds you why movies exist in the first place. Wonder. Emotion. Hope. Adventure. Humanity. Friendship. Fear. Sacrifice. Curiosity. It captured ALL of it perfectly.

I have been waiting DECADES for a movie like this without even realizing it.

Every single thing about this movie feels crafted with passion and love. The cinematography is breathtaking. The visuals are absolutely mesmerizing. The score and soundtrack are PERFECT and elevate every emotional moment into something unforgettable. Watching this movie feels like drifting through space with tears in your eyes and a smile on your face at the same time.

And Ryan Gosling as Ryland Grace? Absolutely phenomenal. One of my favorite performances EVER. He brought so much humanity, humor, vulnerability, intelligence, and heart into this character that I completely forgot I was watching an actor. He became Ryland Grace. Perfect casting.

And Rocky… my God. I LOVE ROCKY SO MUCH. One of the greatest sci-fi characters ever created. The friendship between Grace and Rocky is beautiful beyond words. Funny, emotional, wholesome, inspiring — it felt REAL. Every scene with them together was magic.

Stratt was cast perfectly. The entire cast was PERFECT. Not a single weak link anywhere. Everyone brought their absolute best to this project and you can FEEL it in every frame.

This movie reignited my love for space, science fiction, and cinema itself. I literally watch it almost every single day because it makes me feel something most movies don’t anymore: awe. Pure awe.

To everyone involved in making this masterpiece: THANK YOU. Truly. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you for creating something so special, emotional, intelligent, immersive, and unforgettable. You created a film that will stay with people forever.

Ryan Gosling was vibrating on a totally different level here.....he was brilliant...the movie is simple but keeps you engaged.!

This is why I don't watch trailers lol. Always come back to see what they reveal after watching it and they just gave away the most fun reveals of the entire movie 😂

This movie was wonderful!! It was fun and exciting. It was clean and didn't have foul language or skin. The most refreshing was there was zero agendas being shoved down your throat. Go see this movie!!

So, did Andy Weir borrow some ideas from Jaroslav Kalfař or not? I haven't read either book, but I've seen both film adaptations. The two adaptations (Spaceman with Adam Sandler and Project Hail Mary with Ryan Gosling) have a suspiciously much number of similarities.

God Im so glad i didn’t see the trailer. I watched this with absolutely no knowledge of what its about and it was amazing. The reveal of the alien and the whole storyline.
