What a great find this little video. I love Curry and its short and simple. I only made it once with chicken and the other times with fish. One variation that I did to shorten cooking time substantially is to cook down and evaporate the tomatoes at med high in a separate pot while the onions were cooking. They both take about the same time so after the ginger and garlic 2min add your tomato "paste". Not too dried out. I did make it with glass jar tomato paste and also was good. So now you dont have to wait too long before adding the meat. So good with a mango chutney. But this time i didnt have that so im using a lemon curd jelly.

Recipe is good but in my opinion makes it too watery. Not necessarily you need to add water or cover it. This depends entirely so you decide

Thanks for this! I tried this recipe and it turned out pretty well. For an Indian palette, though, I'd recommend additional spices such as chilli and turmeric powder.

@WG-pd9fpAs everyone else says this is absolutely delicious. Like many who have commented I found this to be so easy to make and a really enjoyable meal. I didn't have any ginger so I added a little Kashmiri chilli powder, I used thighs, and low fat cream cheese as I didn't have any coconut also added cauliflower florets and a small diced potato, this is now in my little recipe book I started some 40 odd years ago its gotta be good for me to write it all down lol - Subbed!
@healmendcraftGanz ok kΓΆnnte etwas schicker aussehen von der farbe.
@dr.amnesia9714OMG Just made it myself and it tastes delicious!! Very recommed. I just did one time one teaspoon salt because more is too much for me. But I love it!π
