I like the idea and the message being conveyed here, but I think that you got the example all wrong.

I think that the better example would have been something that is purely opinion based. Let’s say... an object casts a shadow on the ground, and the wife believes that the shadow resembles a cat, but the husband believes that it’s not a cat, but rather a dog. That would be a good example here, because, literally, no one is right here.

Meanwhile, the wife in this video insists that it’s a chicken when the man is right, it’s a duck. That’s a fact that can be verified and confirmed. I’m not saying that it’s worth fighting for, but I would much rather hear a truth, whether it come from my partner in life, a good friend, or a relative, than hear a lie that could have consequences later. What if next time they pass through these woods, they are with friends? Thanks to his need to shut her up by lying and telling her that she is correct, she will commit the same error in the future and embarrass herself. She will, naturally, blame the man for knowing better but not correcting her and things will invariably be worse than if he had just corrected her the first time.

Again, I love the concept and the message, but it was very, very, very poorly executed. This seems more like gaslighting in a toxic relationship.
