The Sacral Chakra and its relation to the womb and pregnancy. The Sacral Chakra is the source of female creative and sexual energy. When you are expecting, your baby is growing in the womb which is the heart of the sacral chakra. Your creative juices are flowing as you are quite literally CREATING. The baby came to be as a result of your sexual energy. Additionally, love-making and sexual pleasure produce a hormone called oxytocin that assists women as they move through the stages of birth. For these reasons, it is beneficial for an expectant mother to nurture and find balance within her sacral chakra.

Although considered to be 114 different chakras in our body, there are seven 7 main chakras located in our astral body, along the spine, starting at its base and running upwards to the crown of the head.The astral body is the energy body residing inside our physical body.Each physical body part has a corresponding astral body part. These 7 Chakras "focalized" centers of awareness, consciousness, and sacredness in our body via which energy flows through,if our body can’t let the energy pass through all of these 7 centers, there can be an internal imbalance leading to mental, emotional , physical and psychological disorders. I’m scared and new to this… I gratefully just found out I’m pregnant and I’m really hoping my baby is ok and healthy and can push for full term, because I have been bleeding like a period and with tons of nausea.
