what a gift it is to live in a homey and walkable city like sf! i shouldn't take this place for granted honestly

as a sf native who is so tired of sf but more so due to my mundane lifestyle this makes me so motivated to experience the city like tourists do

San Francisco has potential, but it poorly managed. It has history and landmarks, but its not doing well to look great. It still needs work to look great.

I know that san francisco is unique but for me as visitor in january spending there few days LA was much more fun and much warmer - weather in san francisco in january is auwful.

I'm glad you went to Sight Glass. It's the best coffee in SF, but their Flagship shop in SOMA is the coolest coffee shop in SF. Maybe you missed going to the Original Blue Bottle coffee in Hayes Valley as well. They, arguably, were the first truly high end coffee shop in the country. I believe they may have started the whole movement world wide. The other one is Four Barrel. I guess Ritual is up there too but not in the top 3. San Francisco was ground zero for the High End Coffee movement in the early 2000's. I've noticed many coffee shops in Japan using California based beans BTW. Cheers coffee lovers! Oh, I forgot to mention Phils Pour over coffee started in SF as well but they are Mid. And Peet's started across the bay in Berkeley. Again mid but OG.

For the number of coffee shops yall visited you could have gone though the MOMA twice 😂
