So I looked up this poll, and it is a poll of registered voters, not likely voters and you know very well. There’s a big difference. I’ve looked up a few of their older polls checking for accuracy and just a week before the Democratic primary they had Jasmine Crockett winning 55% of the vote. We know how that turned out. She received 46% of the vote. That’s a huge miss. In the presidential election they had Trump winning Texas by 49% of the vote. He won by 56%. And Ted Cruz versus Collin Allred, they had Cruz winning by three and he won by nine. I’m going to wait and see what some more reliable polling says.

It's not surprising to me that Talairico is leading, he is a remarkable candidate, and both his opponents suck, however winning in Texas will not be easy for any Democrat, so all voters, don't take anything for granted, and vote as early you can to not give Trump, Abbott, and Paxton excuses to steal the election, or rob you of your vote by closing polling places early at the last second.
