Alright, I'm on my period and it comes to my autism. God! Even that's my first period on the signs of autism. 😅😅😅 Who are autism girls watching this on their periods? Haha! Period and Autism.

I am autistic, and I started talking early and with a vocabulary far beyond my
Peers. By age six I had a vocabulary of a 60 year old, and had even parents asking me what words meant. I am also sometimes hyper-expressive. I don’t know about responsiveness since I was also born hard of hearing and therefore can’t place whether lack of response was from autism or hearing loss or both. My point is, don’t forget that it is a condition with a WIDE range of presentations! Those kinds of signs are not diagnostic, they are just common possible variations of how it may present. All versions of autism are valid! 🤍

I have autism💀 But not that bad.

I got tested 2 times from ages about 4-5 and 7-9 (can't remember) and it wasn't until the 3RD TIME that i finally got diagnosed 💀💀

I keep trying to tell my mom that my sister might have autism but she doesn't listen so I'm not sure what to do and please tell me if you have advice or how to talk to my mom

I’m autistic but didn’t get a diagnosis until I was 57. My daughter was born blind in one eye and severely autistic. So when I was feeding her (breast fed) she insisted on feeding on her right, my left, so she couldn’t see me! I fed her for over several years and when she could talk she would say. ‘Booby bedtime’! We still have an amazing relationship where are so close that when we go out we link arms. If she is going away I kiss her several times

I am in middle school, and my family struggles with money, so we get fund helps with things like my school (I go to a private school in England), I have always seen myself as “the shy one, who doesn’t have many friends” and I just thought that no one liked me, but I looked it up one day, and saw a lot of the symptoms for a girl I have. My parents currently can’t afford for me to have the test, and I’ve told my mum loads of times, but she just thinks that I have “just some symptoms, everyone has them” and just doesn’t listen when I say I have loads of the symptoms. I am very introverted, and I have never really liked meeting new people, especially if they are in my year, I get all anxious and shy. With my best friends, I am less shy and I am more crazy around them. (Keep in mind I really only have 4 friends, 1 bestie, 2 rlly good friends, and 1 close one). I have never been one of the popular kids, I think they are really rude and show-offy. So yeah, thanks for reading my story, if any of you guys have autism, please can you give me some advice, it would really help. Thanks!
