This is a great idea. The old house gets fixed up, the property gets cleaned up, she has a home for herself and her daughter and the city does not have to pay for their housing. It was super kind of those folks to help out. I know she was very grateful for their help. In the US, there are cities that sell some houses for $1 with an agreement that the new home owner bring them up to code within a certain time period. It is an amazing opportunity for people who are industrious, need housing and willing to work very hard for a couple of years.

Wow! This is the first time I've ever just stopped and watched anyone work with such tools and refurbish a scene. The lawn service is worth noting. Hope all continues to go well with its re-creation. Thank you for sharing.
