What yall don't address is the metadata angle.
There is no 100% privacy and security. No matter how much companies say "we do not log" ... there is ALWAYS metadata and that carries enough data to get you.

For example, even though Apple says their AI is "local" the metadata of everything is still sent back home for analyzing and profiling.

All you do is change the recovery email address to a free protonmail account and make sure that password is extreme and kept safe somewhere. Then they cannot use google to do a password recovery inline with the gov. So its completely safe again.
