Strange But True. series 2 episode 2: "Time slip/Haunted Trawler"
I had a sort of a time slip many years ago,i had married a woman in Arkansas who had 6 kids and a pig farm,that one month seemed like twenty years.
I have edited the episode and added the names of the people that were shown at the bottom of the screen which this broadcast didn't include. I managed to find an original ITV broadcast with the names added as well as the reconstruction logo that appeared. I recreated the logo as best I could to match the one used and faded it in and out at the same time to match the original. There's also a brief scene I've added which had been edited out on the repeat broadcasts (no idea why). I don't know why some of the repeat broadcasts of this series don't include the names shown on screen and other text that were added like dates of a certain event, every episode when they were first broadcast on ITV included them. I think the quality here is the best there is of this brilliant series, most of the uploads that are on youtube the video quality is awful, the ones that were recorded from the Paranormal and Unexplained Channel are very compressed and unwatchable.

@lemongrabloids3103Not very convincing. They just went to two different villages that looked similar, his watched just needed winding up or a new battery, and his cigarette hadn't burnt the map on a closer inspection as he initially thought.
It was just a rustic hotel, still fairly common in the 1970s. The gendarmes and the women had obviously been at a fancy dress party, they said they'd been at an all night party - they were still in their outfits. The owner just made a mistake with the bill - they couldn't remember where they had driven and simply couldn't find it on the second visit. Check the negatives to see if the images had been and the lab just made a mistake not sending the prints - or they just didn't take the pics properly.
I have heard much more convincing accounts of time slips.
