Tacos De Carne Asada the Easy Way ❤️

Video Overview & Insights

If you’re hungry and want something hearty and don’t have a lot of time, these tacos are for you. I prepare these Tacos De Carne Asada often because they always hit the spot. You can use your favorite cut of beef, but I love the Chuck roast because it’s tender and delicious. This recipe is simple and easy and that’s something we all want for busy days, and they will never disappoint. Fresh salsa and onions does the trick, so you don’t need many ingredients. I hope you give it a try. ❤️

i know I'm late to the party, but hearing you describe making these tacos de carne asada makes me cry. Since I lost my sight in 2001, My mother an then my step mother, who have passed away, both cooked my dishes exactly the same as you. E como te digo, estoy yorando y no mas pensando de la comida. Gracias por esplicando el processo!

Rachel, thanks again!
I let the Chuck roast marinate for 30 minutes as you said, & since I couldn’t eat all of it, I slowly cooked the remaining meat (a few days later) in a Dutch oven with one bottle of beer (Mexican or whatever) for 2 hours,
6:19 and it came out so tender and delicious!
My guests declared that it was the”best Mexican meal they ever had, including in restaurants.”
So thank you so much!
I will be making this again!❤
Super good!

First I’d like to thank you for your delicious taco recipe.
This was my first time making this style, and it was very tasty; super yummy!
I also made fresh corn tortillas and it was excellent, although my delivery was not as polished as yours.
I will keep trying & we loved the salsa especially.
Thank you,Rachel!😊💕

4:48 I’ve tried a lot of your recipes, all wonderful!! The problem I had with this was it did not break down & it marinated for 3 hours but the flavor was there & the paprika splattered all over my counter when cooking it. Love your videos though Rachel, keep them coming!
