Hello There Friends, Today I'm going to show you how I perfected the Alfredo Recipe and sold Over ONE MILLION of these dishes! DUDE!! I know you retired but I miss your channel. I can't speak for the rest of the internet. If you ever come to Martha's Vineyard, you can stay in my Gov't rented home (I work for the USSS). Stay free, explore the island and enjoy your retirement. The ONLY thing I ask, is that you make 1 (only 1) of your favorite desserts for myself and my other roommate who is my supervisor. You will have your own bedroom (2 bedrooms), private bathroom and entrance. I'm there for work, but man, what an honor it would be. Let me know. Yes, you will be safe with your friend or family. Just want to give back after watching you for the last 3 years. Thanks!

why so much cream. The cream you use should be almost completely absorbed by the Pasta. otherwise it is like a soup. The butter and parmigiano version is better in my opinion. Why reliance on heavy cream.

OUR CHANNEL:
Real parmesan reggiano literally melts on your tongue. Grate directly on your food using a micrograter or a zyliss hand grater. I like to start my alfredo with about a tablespoon and a half of butter and then quickly fry some garlic and add a half a cup of white wine, reduce it and then add the cream.

There's no cream in Alfredo sauce omg never use cream you should only use butter and parmesan cheese 🧀 which makes the cream

S+P counts but it's a given, Spider fettucine , dried pasta, I like fresh, Para and cream is Italian all what you are doing is 👍👍I think what you are saying about Parma is in a green plastic bottle (Kraft)
@briangallop8946No garlic?
@rodicastefaroi3459No butter?...I use Lil bit garlic butter
@times461Wait! What about the “premade sauce” in the container? 😂😂
Ok! I will try it your way! ❤❤❤
Stay Strong World! 🌎
I saw butter. No butter?
@Krista-rt9wwThat looks amazing!!! Thanks again for another wonderful and quick recipe, Chef!!! 🫡👌🏼
@Travmisimo@6:58 a little volcano which will erupt in your heart and give you a cheesy heart attack!
@Nobody-tf7mvI do it this way, but I mix high quality Parmesan and Romano
@petemccutchen3266A can do recipie, thank you.
@proudtobeanamericanYou made 54 dishes 7 days a week for 50 years. That's bullshit
@jasonrhodes817Hello we missed you ❤when you are back
@sevetlanamarkarians6975You're a French chef. You were weaned on utter and cream. This is a French style Alfredo, nothing wrong with that. Personally, I make mine the Italian method but both are fantastic. "A little cream?"
@davidoickle1778I grill up some salmon and add that. Perfecto!!
@1028dianemarieI absolutely love your channel
@dawnfelix4641I was given the recipe for Alfredo from Susan Bosco, owner of Bosco Italian Restaurant in Casper Wyoming, 30 years ago. I absolutely love her recipe, just like yours the ONLY thing different and secret is you MUST tickle the cheese😊
@arlenemillerjohnson4879Forgot the Pepper
@PilotonLayoverAmerican Alfredo!
Alfredo McPasta!
I totally agree with you anything that was made in Italy once it’s made in Canada. It’s twice as good. For example, a pizza in Canada has toppings on it. One made in Italy leaves you wondering if they really just fell in love with the dough
@davidbeirer6423No butter, no garlic you don’t know how to make fettuccine Alfredo
@davidbeirer6423I can't believe you didn't add butter!!!!!!🎉🎉❤❤❤
@Chrissyd53My wife loves a variation to this dish: angle hair pasta shrimp and capers with the white sauce as made in this video. Thanks for sharing.
@1a1u0g9t4s2uI made a spur of the moment Alfredo using your recipe. I used the cheap Kraft Parmesan, which was all I had. It was still the BEST I’d ever made. Thank you so much!
@hmmm..2733un piatto di fettuccine alfredo dovrebbe costrare non più di 3-4 euro
@fabrizio.guidi64Wow so easy. I’ve been doing all sorts of additions
@helenhelen7822I miss my chef Jean-Pierre. I loved watching him create such wonderful meals. Enjoy retirement Chef!
@rmur4820Chef I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your enthusiasm and wonderful compassion for cooking… this is really interesting because all along I’ve been making a roux (flower in garlic butter) i love to put fresh garlic in mine..so i usually buy the kr**t can of parmigiano reggiano.. is that what you’re saying to avoid just to make sure that your grating your own Parmesan? And not buying something that’s in the can ? I will also get Parmesan in this little plastic containers. I really like your simple method. Thanks again..
@rodzillarox4882Recipe made #31: Super easy, and super delicious! It will be a cold day in HE🏒🏒 before I buy alfredo sauce from the store again! Its so easy to make! I added about a 1/2 cup of my homeade chicken stock, some chicken, and a little extra cheese to help thicken the stock. I added an ounce or 2 of Brie I had kicking around in the fridge because I didnt have quite enough Parmesan. Amazing! You all need to make this and ditch the pre-made jars of chemicals at the store.. next time i will do the same thing but add some of my homemade shrimp stock, and make shrimp alfredo 🦐
@fredthegregLove garlic in mine. Adds a little extra flavor.
@marcelleray4595Never tried this technique...I always make it the traditional way by creating a Bechamel sauce from a roux of flour, butter and milk/cream and then adding the parm cheese. This is a nice shortcut and I'm eager to try it out. I wonder if this method would also work for making a sherry cream sauce?? Hmm now you got me thinking lol!
@chrisenglert3958Great demonstration! It's all about the Parm! Has to be P.R.
@ADR-j9mFor some reason this video is dark. I had to turn the brightness way up. However, this is a must try. I think the portion size is perfect for a girl lunch with a big salad 😊😊😊 . I'm trying not to eat that many carbs and stuff... 😂😂😂
