2:18 If you donât think the poison mushroom counts, then the Star is probably the worst item in the Lost Levels. The reason is that you often get a Star right before a gap in which you need to jump on an enemy to get across, but when you are in Star form you canât bounce off of enemies. So you will often plummet to your death.
