The Best Homemade Creamy Coleslaw, Ready in 5 minutes!

Video Overview & Insights

Today I'm going to show you how to make this creamy coleslaw with plenty of crunch.

I didn’t have mustard powder so I putted mustard instead but very low amount

— @elmisakucevic6814

There's no need to buy a big tub of coleslaw with an annoyingly short expiration date when you can whip up a perfect sized batch of homemade coleslaw in 5 minutes.

So good as a side for summer barbecues and lazy lunches, or as a topping for pulled pork and crispy chicken burgers.

Forgive me for my extreme dumb brain fart moment but what is "white powder" (mentioned after mustard powder)

When i was a teenager i worked at an tourist restaurant and they had the most simple amazing coleslaw that i still remember to this day, so finally decided to try out your recipe and it is very delightful and is going to be my favourite base recipe. This recipe is very close however seems lighter and has the right balance of wet/dry consistency. I tend to take a recipe and test it out, substituting/adding/subtracting to make it my own and put on the family recipe list for the next generation. Thank you for putting out this wonderful video, as many of the viewers have commented this really is a wonderful simple and fantastic version worthy of any gathering to enjoy. Cheers.

I added bit of mustard sauce as had no mustard powder. Added yoghurt instead of sour cream, and cucumber instead of cabbage as didn't have those things either 😅
