After spending a day visiting Munich’s Christmas Markets, we’re continuing our time in the city by exploring some of its top sights and must-try eats! We had such a fun two days seeing beautiful buildings, watching a unique activity, wandering around an amazing outdoor market, experiencing our first German beer hall, and so much more!

Great video! The architecture of the New Town Hall at Marienplatz is out of this world. A gem!

Should you ever have the opportunity I recommend you to visit Erfurt in the middle of Germany. It’s one of the prettiest cities with the famous „Krämerbrücke“, a bridge that’s has buildings built on top of it (the whole length of the bridge).

Hi y’all! We’re Adam, Kathryn, and Kona, an adventurous married couple (+ pup!) living on the road in our self-converted sprinter van! You can often find us driving all around the US and Canada, scoping out the best coffee shops, eating tacos and ice cream (we're a 5+ taco and 2+ scoop household), and enjoying nature.

We help travelers spend less time (and stress!) planning their trip and more time enjoying it! Our detailed travel guides, YouTube videos, and travel resources share the must-visit local eats, popular and off the beaten path sights, and tons of tips to make planning your next adventure a whole lot easier.

Oh my gosh, I haven’t seen this channel in a year. I couldn’t remember your name to look for you. All of a sudden, here you are again. So weird, I was unsubscribed. So lovely to see you both again.

Yes, the most important tourist spots in the city. Maybe there are a lot more famous points, video is cool. And for the first Look, it's absolutely great. We like the style of your videos. Leaving you thumbs up and a subscription. Greetings Alex & Markus.

Hofbrauhaus really is phenomenally touristy, but probably still fun. One cool thing about Munich is that it seems like just about every German brewer has their own restaurant. Right across the street from Hofbrauhaus is Ayinger's much more low key restaurant. I have been a fan of their doppelbock for years so we stopped there for lunch, only to be informed that Germans don't seem to drink doppelbock in the summer so they were not serving it then. Who knew? Good food though. My wife was pregnant at the time so she was partaking of the alkoholfrei as well. Germany takes non-alcoholic beer quite seriously so pretty much every place has it and it is of very high quality. I paid a little extra when we went to the Residenz to be able to go into their restored theater. It was nice to set foot into one of those old European-style theaters like you would see in a movie like Amadeus.
