Looks like with gang all there your going to have a wonderful time. One thing that i noticed as a survivor of many bouts of lower back pain and sciatica. Any time when you are working when you bend at the waist even a little you are putting tremendous pressure on your lower back and in turn all your muscles will tense up raising your work table will go a long way to help . I worked as a baker in a hotel for many years . Once i realized that the majority of the issue was my posture and my body mechanics as i moved throughout the day I noticed a big change in the amount of flare ups and pain. I really hope you find this message and can benefit from asking your doctor about getting help and information on better ways to stand, sit and lift. So you can avoid the pain you have been experiencing. My regret for myself is it took to long to find this out. So happy for your progress. Soon the tough part will be over and you will have more time to enjoy your beautiful part of paradise. Aloha From Hawaii😊❤
