I mean if this is in the USA that sounds like an irrelevant drop in the bucket when you look at our usual what ~8-12k?

I wonder if these guys would have been caught if the cop didnt see the car and pull them over and arrest them. Say they got home without being seen by anyone this could have been a who-done-it type mystery..... maybe?

i was surprised today that jcs is a genre when i searched "interrogation analysis--" and it auto-filled "jcs-style" awesome. millions of subscribers, and views, and establishing a genre... it has been sooo long since they had a video on youtube. maybe they moved completely to patreon or something?

can we just appreciate how iconic and influential JCS has become? he is a pinnacle figure in true crime and I'm loving watching all these channels that are inspired by him

The start of this episode is so poor and uses generalisations.... Your'e acting like everyone discriminates and forms a 'social hierarchal picture' of a person in their head before they meet that person... that is completely and utterly fact dependant the main dependant fact being ... whether your'e a shit person or a good person.

Often it is the increased assumption that the money will be spent on drugs that homeless people are not given money when begging. I am not saying that all homeless people are drug users....far from it. However it certainly does play a big role in why some are homeless. Desperation can unfortunately lead people to act in ways they would not otherwise act. It's easy and normal to fear others based on their disheveled appearance. Mostly being approached by a stranger is startling enough to make you back off and move away quickly.

To Much fast forwards on the interview also it could be abit longer but keep on making these videos and you maybe get better :)

I like all the videos, the only thing I'd change is the cases that none of the other channels use. I don't watch the ones other channels already passed around because I know the endings. I know of one channel I think is called Dave's lemonade that always has a story I've never heard of or seen. Everything else is awesome. Thx

I have to say yr wrong on the prison analogy. The Putin in prison is the toughest guy in there and in that subculture he is king beleave me. There is a hierarchical social structure in prison and it's violent but it has specific moral codes if ethics. You might say that's crazy they are all criminals but yr wrong. Which ever wing or pod or prison you end up in there are the top guys then the middle and then the bottom but then the ones in hell the pedophile and sex offenders. You would be surprised at prison culture. It is a mirror yet warped version of the outside world but it's basically the strong rise and have much power , enough power to order a life snuffed out, that is no small matter. I met many prison Putin's and I saw so much of the violence. So yr wrong but I know what yr trying to say but you just don't know because you haven't been in prison 6 years as I did. At age 18 I went in. It's not like the movies at all. In optics yes but the social structure in there is very rigid and absolute.

No I wouldn't give the Rock money because he has more money than my entire family combined... I would on the other hand give a homeless person money because they need it, even if they are using it to get high I would give them money, because unfortunately that is what makes them happy. Also someone who mistreats homeless people is a horrible person. The homeless are people just like us but down on their luck or overcome with addiction. A person who kicks somebody while they're down is a coward. Especially somebody who shoots somebody while they're asleep... Don't even have the balls to look in their eyes.

I think the man in blue is a very good interrogator. I would tell him anything.

Details magically keep popping back to this guy's mind about a night when he allegedly watched his friend shoot a sleeping man in front of him (obv because he's lying and thinking of more lies as he goes).
As an interrogator, you know they're not buying that the scene is burned into his memory.
At 17, I once saw an SUV in front of me hit a guard rail that flipped it over into the street. As it rolled over 2-3 more times, the driver was ejected from the driver's side door. He was tossed 10ft in the air and hit the pavement... EVERY. SINGLE. SECOND of that accident is as vivid in my mind today, 15 years later, as it was in the immediate moment following the wreck... and the driver didn't even die or suffer some horrific looking injury. Still, what sticks out in my memory, is the adrenaline and fear I felt that day.
All in all, if you watched your friend murder a completely innocent person right in front of you, NOBODY is going to believe that there is even a single MUNDANE detail that escapes your mind. If that's what you're thinking of selling the cops... Rethink your game plan!

Okay but let’s not pretend that most of the homeless are some down on their luck, lost their job and couldn’t pay their mortgage stand up individuals. I’m not remotely advocating for violence against vulnerable populations. But homeless issues don’t tug at my heart strings. The homeless in my area are disgusting. Saw a lady shitting in broad daylight then spit on a car for telling her to stop. Another one was in a gas station the other day harassing patrons and had to get arrested. Their camps are full of needles. People my age begging for money on street corners completely able bodied. I don’t know the solution here but I find it extremely difficult to want to do shit for people like that.

“Did somebody get killed over there?” Who says that? A normal reply if anything would be “did someone shoot at someone?” But this also throws out the narrative that innocent people answer a question with a question.
