I worked with the contestant Lindsay a few years after this show and she was an absolute sweetheart. When I recognized her she was so bashful, humble and a bit shy which I wouldn't have guessed based on the show edit. Crazy gorgeous in person too

Tbh for the Cameron thing I think it would've been fair to just kick him off the show the moment he set up that kissing boundary. Fact of the matter is this is a teen drama and I don't believe for a second that Ryan Murphy actually wrote these characters for them so much as they were existing, already thought up characters or plotlines who he wanted to cast and was willing to make minor adjustments to. Given the premise and circumstances imo it'd be fair to reject him on the premises "This is also an acting gig and this is the type of show it is." The problem I have is just keeping him in the show just to assault him and try to make him break that boundary.

This is, seemingly, the most fake progressive show i have ever heard of. This feels like its on the same level of queer baiting, with hyping up how diverse and unique the cast is, before going out of their way to rig the generic white dude to win

The insistence by the mentors that Abraham is “androgynous” REALLY feels like racist undertones. Emasculating Asian men and portraying them to be more feminine/passive/weak/ect. than other, non Asian men is unfortunately not uncommon.
It’s already uncomfortable to ask such a personal question like this on camera, but the potential racism really just makes it all the more awful.
