I agree with the video, but i must add something important.
TLDR: Ego dissolve is possible but not without using the ego first (while being aware of it). You need to have your heart, mind and soul solid (self-confidence). Ego can help with that. Dissolving ego can come "after".

Not all of these kinds of ego doing are wrong. Especially when you are aware of them and when you learn to use them as tools. For example i found out that when you meditate or want to live spiritually you need ego to believe in yourself and to believe in your path. To put it simply - ego is necessary for self-confidence. It's very important because without correct dose of the self-confidence you won't be solid in your foundations and you'll often fail in your doings. Sure, you can put your confidence in the essence of you/god but this will come after. At least at the beginning (for example when you start meditating), you need self-confidence, because you need to believe in your doing and that it works out and that you're good at it. Not that you are better than others, but simply that you're doing well in your endeavor. Even if you put your confidence or belief in something else than you, you still need to believe in your doing at first - that's still ego. If you are aware of this and you'll learn how to use it, it can be game changer. Lots of people fail in meditating or spiritual path because they lack the ability to belive in yourself ("this isn't working..", "i'm not good at this..") and so ultimately they believe in nothing.

I always liked. When the ‘eternal moment’ came to him he also panicked like Jesus did.
To continue with Jesus with regarding the Last Supper and Crucification stories it did not really refers to his personal suffering (self sacrifice) resurrection.
It refers to the nature of life itself. The Whole Thing, the ONE!
The Father and ‘The I’ together are ONE.
When The One is complete fullfilled with itself (Love) the Self Sacrifice is the natural outcome.
Dust to dust, ashes to ashes forever.
The Spirit explodes into matter. Eternity enters Time. The Eternal Moment (timeless) lives as a seed in the material 3D world silently waiting peacefully to be ‘rediscovered’. Life on earth rises from the ashes. It needs food. It has to hunt, to kill or to be eaten. The Ego comes forward to compare, divide and defend. It splits life in good and bad (crucification of the Oneness)
The universal ‘I’ evolves because of the contrasts in the 3D world. The subconscious ‘I’ comes in time more and more to the surface and starts embracing the Ego in a natural way and not by some act.
The Ego fades bit by bit giving space for the ‘Drup to fall back into the wide ocean inwhich it transforms also in a direct and natural way.
The circle has survived!
The Holy Day was a funny trip. From Home to Home with a detour.
Take one element out of this chain and there would never have been Life at all.

It’s better to focus on the nature of the ‘whole life’ first and only then start to focus on the ennemies inside yourself (greed, jealousy vanity etc)as they are your own children in a way, just easier to start with therefore!

The way I see it the ego is just a fhase, a certain dimension in the eternal circle of Life representing probably the necessary 3rd Dimension (‘I’ being the 4th ?!).
To kill or being killed since the beginning of time made the ego, a necessary element /phase to survive.through comparing , defending and ownership.
I don’t see the ego as a personal phenomena but as a universal one that lives everywhere. A phase being just a part of the eternal flow of lifeby making a bridge to the 5th dimension.
As it lives in time it will pass away naturally. Older people even, almost always become more ‘softer’ nearing their end on earth (3D).
The ego is the conscious part of the ‘universal I’ where Jesus always talked about (the Father and I, he was not referring to himself as a egocentric person!)
As the subconscious ‘I’ becomes more to the surface the ego phase will soften and will be left behind as a dear memory.
You will enter a new phase of life with it’s own level of awareness (5D).
Just let it be, let it flow.
There is only ONE, no beginning, no end.
Life is perfect because of the flaws/cracks, how it can grow otherwise and live at all.
Forget yourself and You will see how majestic life IS!

this is remarkably accurate. when we consciously enter the spiritual path it instantly becomes a new toy for the ego to play with. and it's indeed a trick because this makes us want away from life and routine, which is were dwells the very karma we must fulfill to be able to overcome and achieve victory over the ego. this is real incredible advice! 👏👏👏👏👏

No, the last trick is to convince you that you will die when you're one step from giving up your thought.

Progress to what? The point of spirituality is to gain peace of mind. Do not worry about tommorow and dont dwell on the past. Its about being present in the moment. Time will go on by itself. You simply just roll with the current. Live and let live.

The body is one big NEED machine, the ego is chief of procurement, under the authority and blind drive of survival. Strip away the "trappings" of modern society and whats left?, a species that takes 7 to 10 years to develop and function normally with adequate enough self reflection so as not to harm one self or another under the supervision of another "adult". The ego is a kid in a candy store most of the time, an un-natural defence mechanism of self preservation. Spawned into a rigged game of manufactured scarcity and Tom foolery.

What's the difference between ego and sef respect? Ego is a built-in mechanism to show you if you are being respected or disrespected in an interaction. Ina way it's essential for your healthy growth and development. A person without ego or self-respect makes an easy slave.

For something to disappear, it must first be there.

Forgiveness is key. Its not an action of words, its a feeling. Forgive oneself in order to forgive others. This also awakens the tendency of judging. Once you self-reflect on oneself and put in check the internal judgments of others, you will feel enlightened. This will awaken the God within. Christ is the true key.

I see the point, but do not agree that the "ego" is the enemy. I believe when the ego transitions it is a result of self learning, not self admiration.
