I have no idea what’s a scam, or played up for social media, or who this person even is, but I know when I was in an abusive relationship someone could have offered me a free multi million dollar mansion, fully staffed, with endless food, available for the rest of my life, as long as I lived there alone and left my bf, and I would have said hell no.

I would beg him to leave my house, my landlord would kick him out, I had a no contact order, and after all those things, I would beg him to come back or not to leave me. DV doesn’t make sense.

So her not taking the housing offer from her bosses and continuously going back to him, isn’t just black and white her being stupid, or trying to scam people, it’s what DV does to your mind.

This whole story literally sounds like (the beginning of) a true crime story. I just hope it ends better for her.

I was in a dv relationship and i suffered from Stockholm syndrome and once i got away, i still feared for my life so i kept up w the relationship but over the phone and internet to only keep tabs on his whereabouts. I would hardly stay home. But when i got home i needed to know where he was. He tried to murder me twice. And he knew where i lived my dad and my sister lived. I was so scared. I left him for good when the police had made me move

This was a hard watch. My abuser even had the same name. It often takes multiple attempts for adults with fully developed brains to leave an abusive relationship. She's a child, who was groomed.

I don't see a scammer here. I see a victim. I hope she has made it through to survivor at this point. This video is 9 months old, and I haven't been able to find any videos on the channel made about her since, so the scammer label seems unjustified with the information presented here.

He has essentially groomed and abused her to the point that when she tries to leave, she ends up going back. She sees him as the person who is the better option, even if he abuses her, and can't escape how he controls her finances. He's had his claws in her before she was 18, he's been the one benefiting and collecting her money. She has her parent's, but they really aren't someone she desires to return to, so she turns back to him because he seems like the better option every time. It's hard for DV victims to truly escape the first or even fourth time. I just hope she escapes and does so before she gets too hurt or loses her life.

I'm late to this video, but have something to say about DV situations. This month marks 1 decade of being free of my abusive ex! It took me 5 tries to finally escape with my kids. They are thriving and happy. It took my ex threatening to stab me in front of my kids and a co-worker to finally make me see the choices I'd been making were not in the best interest of my children. That loser has been living homeless and in jail as far as I know these last 10 years.... And I've got a loving husband and a home with land to call my own. I win

I'm an RVT. It was likely not "too late". They just didn't want to or could not afford to pay for the costs of addressing the toxin. There is a chance that it was a newer type of rat poison that has no antidote but that one doesn't make sense in context.

I get the logic but... there's significantly worse and permanent ways the body can do something without warning or control. And there sre significantly more contaminated things than the vomit that is things you already knowingly ingested.

My mom was on her knees begging to leave me ex. I stayed for another 5 years and married him.
Sometimes you just aren’t really processing the advice. you think it’s not applicable to you and they don’t know your relationship like you do or that it’s not this bad all the time.

I feel the need to remind people that this is an abused, neglected teenager. It's extremely unrealistic to expect her to be able to dust herself off and start a new life. Her behavior is sad, but also normal/typical. I dated an abusive guy as a teen and it took me 9 months of trying to get away before i succeeded.

This is so much like my experience. I was 17 and he was 25... Ugh... I'm 34 now and still healing.

I was in jail because of an Ex that flew me into america (Im german)
They treated me terribly, but one of the staff was nice to me, and she told me I NEED to run.

I've been where she's at. Abusers break you down A LOT and make sure to separate you from your support system. They make you feel like no one else would want to help/love/care/etc about you, all while they hurt you. It really is just survival. I hope she's able to get away from this person and heal.
