This makes a lot of sense why all 3, Obsidian, InXile, & Double Fine were aquired by Microsoft. I had no idea they were all buddies*. It kinda reminds me of Sony's with Naughty Dog, Insomniac, & Sucker Punch.

I've once met the director of Obisidan's Outer Worlds when he was holding a guest lecture and Q&A here in Austria. I didn't really like that he was a bit show-offish (big no-no here in Austria) and that he praised his character designers too much although I've literally seen better artwork by hobby artists on Instagram. Overall, Outer Worlds was bound to not become too famous. I already knew it back then when he showed us some "exclusive" footage.

I was very into fallout 1 and 3 but was never able to enjoy the franchise in 3D, I truly don't understand why New Vegas is so well regarded, I tried playing it for about 20 hours and could not care for it. Despite that, I understand it is very well loved by others.

Great video. Obsidian has made several of my favorite games, and KOTOR 2 is by far my favorite RPG.
New Vegas, Outer Worlds, Pillars 1 and 2 are all amazing as well.

The weakest title for me was Neverwinter Nights 2. Unlike The Sith Lords and New Vegas, where Obsidian managed to surpass the earlier games in those IPs, Neverwinter Nights 2 is nowhere near the first one, especially regarding multiplayer.

Cant wait for Avowed!
