I was hired to work a Pokémon convention. Came here for more info, This fad is CRAZY! Now, so many Pokemon fans get into the franchise as kids. But so many of those who get into it as kids remain into it as teens and then adults.

Based on this info, I think the are more Pokemon fans now who have aged out of the target demographic than those who are currently in it. And that number is only going to keep increasing.

Given all this, there needs to be more Pokemon content aimed at fans who have aged out of its target demographic, both appropriate for teens and stuff aimed at mature audiences.

then, due to the sheer number of pokemons- gamefreak decided to NOT include ALL of their pokemons in their future games under the pretense of "quality control" and basically took players' pokemons from previous games that did not make the cut on their pokemon hub as hostages and gave the fanbase a huge backlash.
