I live off the Freeway and one day 2 young latina girls traveling were involved in an accident damaging their LR tire. I felt bad as they had been there for hours waiting for a family member to drive 4 hours to help them. As i was checking to see if they needed water if they needed me to help get their car cable to drive (I own a large fleet maintenance company ) they told me what happened.
An African American hit them on the freeway so both parties pulled over. The guy walks up to their car, and ask "Do you have a front or rear dash cam recording?". They said "No". They thought he was walking back to his car to get his Insurance info but instead he drove off. 😂😅😂😅
