I love the little nod that none of the soldiers were firing. Not just is this "we gotta let the epic man have his epilogue" but also a disobedience to a direct order given multiple times by the king. If Wopal had said it once, sure we can say its a trope, but not three times. Clearly the men were not so loyal, not just the captain, or at least were wrestling with the dilemma of just killing someone who was interested in helping (him throwing bombs around besides haha).
Which comes full circle with them being turned into monsters because Wopal wasn't going to continue accepting disobedience.

I am more than a dream...honestly when people really understand or seeing clear and listen really they will be very much suprised about what people really say and what they are talking...for example, they want that their dreams live forever, lost themself like in a dreamworld, in a simulation, matrix...and they dont want to wake up...the dream is not more impotant than i am!, are they understand it!?, are you understand it...and it is not worth to die for a dream...

@Motto71:26 the look he has is amazing, it coveys such a strong emotion. Also love that Wapol just sat there and listened to the whole speech, yeah he asked people to shoot him but he still stayed silent in the important parts. What a guy.

@AllesLatteThis scene illustrates everything that makes the Live Action One Piece such a brilliant adaptation.
All the characters involved in it look hilarious and silly - they’re wearing weird outfits, hats and silly hairstyles. Nothing about how they look screams serious.
And yet every single actor is bringing their absolute A-game to their performances, and playing their roles 100% straight. And it really shows. Nobody who watches this is going to finish the scene with a dry eye. Even though the guy who died had such weird hair.
I think the only complaint you can have about this scene is that it wasn't outside the castle. Hiriluk should have been looking up at the sky, not the ceiling of a throne room.
Other than that, aside from Sanji's, this is probably the best flashback thus far. None of the child actors that were cast for the young Straw Hats were that good, which is why I hope they cast young Robin better since her backstory is far more grand, emotional, and tragic.
