She's a liar. At the 6:28 mark she said she added water. She lied. She did not add water. However, at the 2:12 mark, Miss Lying Pants said you could use water. She lied. She did not add water. I will on her future videos.

I tried a little milk in my eggs tonight. Cooked them slower, salted them before the scramble. They were AMAZING. I'm gonna hold on to this method :)

What about people who avoid butter for health reasons? What oil do you recommend instead?

I just did a small search, scrambled eggs has been around for approximately "800" years. However, the first recorded recipe was in the 1400's (six centuries). Why has it taken man/woman-kind a minimum of 600+ come up with the
ONLY recipe you will need to scramble eggs. There are probably "millions" of ways to cook scrambled eggs every year, so why is this recipe the one and only?

Will eating this scrambled eggs guarantee one a permanent life on this planet?

@ClaudePatrao

Great process! The only change I'd make is using a shaker with one of those ball springs to mix the eggs. Shake vigorously for about a minute until the whites are well broken for a really creamy texture of fully cooked eggs.

Like 99% of what their posts show they ignored the serving(s) made of ONE person or even two. This one should not have as it is something that even in a big family one of the people in it could be expected to have reason to make it just for themself!

White pepper is a wonderful garnish for scrambled eggs, but I can never get the amount right. I must be missing something, because 'trial and error' doesn't find the 'yum' spot. Help, please!

@TomEwing-h3s

I “liked” your video for many reasons but was shocked that you didn’t recommend the process of simply breaking the yolks (with your fork) before “scrambling.” 👀

@Chadly72

Your eggs are beautiful, and look very tasty, but the non stick pan, and rubber spatula are poisonous so basically the eggs are poisonous as well. I use stainless steel when cooking food.

@SaraNaidu-h7y

my favorite toppings, all at the same time.... peanut butter, maple syrup, ketchup, salt and pepper to taste. YUM !!

French cooks say Americans way overcook scrambled eggs. French cooks prepare scrambled eggs seemingly barely cooked. I find that interesting. I have loved eggs all my life. I guess I agree that they are comforting, but it is difficult to say why.
