Shortly after “Hot Ones” started, some friends and I did a challenge. Different people brought in the wings hot sauce, and deep fryer. Each of us brought in a “possible remedy.” Skim and whole milk, beer (we were at a microbrewery), fresh made that day cheese curds, useless water, and 2 different cans of spray whipped cream. The “heavy cream” whipped cream was the best. You spray it into your mouth and it fills every crevice like Great Stuff foam insulation.

Best wings I ever had were at Wild Wing Cafe in Charlotte. Unfortunately, they’ve all closed now. It’s really sad. That was the perfect tasting wing.
I feel like your too polite with your scoring system. Not every wing has to be a 8 or above. I feel like above a 7 are close to perfect. U gave a 9 a lot when u had some criticism when I felt like from how u described should be a 6.

I currently live in Nebraska and the place to go here is Oscars. Get them char buffed and double dipped. Incredible experience. While you are in nebraska if you want the best pizza you have ever had go to Orsis pizza.
Sugar works for me when I eat too spicy. Specifically, jelly beans. So… maybe it’s the gelatin, not the sugar 😂
