Since a younger man, searching for principles, to build principles, and challenge principles, understanding that we may not know what we want, but knowing for certain what we do not want was crucial to always pursuing higher levels of performance, thinking and skillsets. David understands the recipe comes from the ingredients that are added or taken out, and each one leaves an indelible mark on our thinking, performance or emotions. Young men in need of discipline, I find him to be an outstanding influence. We all need to start somewhere, even if we just begin from out of nowhere!

@clips2bake297He’s such a breath of fresh air in the sport. Fights the toughest guys he can get every time out. Aggressive but defensively responsible. Gifted but fundamentally sound. No nonsense or theatrics, just authentic and determined. Good head on his shoulders with the right values. I commend him on what’s already been an excellent career and shows no signs of letting up.

@d.a.9282As a Catholic and former atheist that last message David left is real you can tell he’s very grounded and god really helped my brother get through tough times and became great in a tough sport. I’ve been a fan of his for years and especially when I found his dad is from the same place my dad and I am from in Mexico Guerrero AKA warrior in English.
