Silver now in final flush down to finish a WXY Elliott Wave correction from 121 high. This is a test of the lip of the 45 year cup and handle breakout at 50$. A return to the scene of the crime. Target for pullback is range of 49-56 which is also the price consolidation range in late Oct/early November before the parabolic run to 121. Correction should be over by Aug 1. Seasonally the usual summer pullback typically ends late July with bullish action in August and September. A retest of 45 year cup and handle breakout should be considered a 🎁 to stack more before the next run to new highs. A key metric to watch to know when run is likely over and when it would be time to convert silver to gold is the gold /silver ratio. In 1980 it dropped to 15, in 2011 was 30. Low in 2026 W has been 43.4. My expectation is this bullish cycle should result in an undercut of the 2011 low below 30, likely getting to low 20s. If gold rises to 8-10k US, you’re talking 250-500$ US Silver. So yeah…..back up the 🛻 in $49-55$ range preferring 49$.
