It is China and India which constitute 40% of world population are the decisive countries.China's popution already taken a down turn,India gowth has slowed down Europe has taken a dip,Japan,S.Korea in red zone.Its only Africa whose population likely to increase by 5 %.overall there will be decline in world population.

Isn’t it interesting that many of the places that are expected to grow are often places that do not have strong agricultural output? Is anyone else worried that some of these places have to import so many of their calories from places with significant population shrinkage? Especially if we are looking at a lot of urbanization all over the world. Are we expecting some kind of agricultural breakthrough?

We cannot foresee how AI powered by Quantum Computing and blockchain technology/infrastructure. I am speaking of technology creating other technologies and solutions and making use of cheap labour to produce goods, uncompetitive and pointless. Many highly regarded jobs will disappear and new opportunities created.
Governments not prepared or reengineered to adjust to the unforeseen changes may suffer social instability on scales difficult to imagine at the moment, thus resulting in increase in less democratic societies and police states.

By the end of the 20th century predictions were of a worl population of 10 Bi by 2025; that won't happen and I guess current predictions for the next 25 yrs will fall short as well.

These projections do not take into account the imapcts of climate change. For instance, according to this video Miami's popyulation will grow significantly, but that won't happen because Miami will be under water.
