This show bugs me, because I worked in restaurants for twenty years, so I can tell the difference between reality and bullshit. For example, that freezer was just fine. There's not a restaurant in the world where you couldn't go through the freezer and find stuff that's gone off. In a real restaurant, you throw it out when you find it. You don't act like it's a disaster that it's there at all.

I don't get the narration saying it's on Aaron, the cooks were awful, they had zero respect. So happy Scott was able to light a fire under their ass and get them to actually listen to Aaron. Terrible that they took Scott away from the restaurant and assumed he was too scary, of course we didn't see how he was before hand (maybe he did need to change, we can't say), but him using that to get the cooks to actually do their job was perfect and bro really had everything he needed to help run the restaurant and get it working.
AJ saying he never said he wasn't at fault was the biggest lie of the century, so glad they were able to get him out of there.

@SporkwindKitchen's like that need a Scott watching them. Scott should be back there almost the entire night. That way Scott can see who needs to be fired. Talk to the other two owners and make a plan for replacing them before anyone else knows, then, when they are ready, fire them at the end of their shift.
