@NERV_MarsSo much propaganda from a bygone era. The Roosevelt administration goaded Japan into a offensive posture by imposing sanctions, cutting off oil supplies etc, and knew that eventually Japan WOULD attack. Japan's encryption was cracked and it was well known that they would attack.
