Timing your trades matters more than you think (here's why) ✅

Timing your trades can make or break your success in the markets. In this video, I dive deep into why when you trade is just as important—if not more—than what you trade.

Does this work for nq1

— @CMOZZ.L4

I’ll explore the unique characteristics of the major trading sessions:

Asian Session: A quieter, low-volatility start to the market day.

Problem is It swept asian low and choch but it doesn't pull back, go straight to the external liquidity. What do we do in this situation? Missing after waiting for all day, too stressed

— @trieuvansy6835

London Session: Where the action begins, with higher volume and volatility.

New York Session: The powerhouse of trading activity, where big moves often happen.

bro your teaching is legit no hiden

— @mongushophilip7730

Understanding how these sessions differ and overlap is key to improving your strategy and optimising your trades. If you're a day trader, this insight could give you the edge you need.

If you’ve ever wondered why some trades hit profit faster while others seem to drag, it’s time to uncover the truth about trade timing!

I cant reconcile the following based on your chart ( i.e decreasing while increasing Forex):

Forex Session Trends (London GMT vs New York EST)

London | NY EST | Asian. | London | New York
-------------|------------------|-----------------|-----------------|---------
18:00 | 13:00 | N/A | declining | increasing
19:00 | 14:00 | N/A. | N/A | increasing
20:00 | 15:00 | N/A | N/A | increasing
21:00 | 16:00 | N/A | N/A | increasing
22:00 | 17:00 | N/A. | N/A | increasing
23:00 | 18:00 | N/A | N/A. | declining
00:00+ | 19:00 | chop | N/A | declining
01:00+ | 20:00 | chop. | N/A | declining
02:00+ | 21:00 | chop | N/A | declining
03:00+ | 22:00 | chop. | N/A | declining
04:00+ | 23:00 | chop. | N/A | declining
05:00+ | 00:00+ | chop | N/A | declining
06:00+ | 01:00+ | chop | N/A | declining
07:00+ | 02:00+ | chop | N/A | declining
08:00+ | 03:00+ | chop | increasing | declining
09:00+ | 04:00+ | chop. | increasing | declining
10:00+ | 05:00+ | N/A. | increasing | declining
11:00+ | 06:00+ | N/A. | increasing | declining
12:00+ | 07:00+ | N/A | increasing | declining
13:00+ | 08:00+ | N/A. | increasing | increasing
14:00+ | 09:00+ | N/A | increasing | increasing
15:00+ | 10:00+ | N/A | increasing | increasing
16:00+ | 11:00+ | N/A. | increasing | increasing
17:00+ | 12:00+ | N/A | declining | increasing

+ = next day

QUESTION: how do i trade your theory based on conflicting or indecisive hours/periods.
........i.e.based on NY time here are the mismatched hours 1300 1900 2000 2100 2200 2300 0000 0100 0200 0300 0400 0500 0600 0700 1200

Probably the best no bullshit straight forward video with examples I have seen in years. Absolutely loved it and got a ton of value. Backtested the exact same strategy on gold for the past week, and the hit rate was 90%+. I analyzed on 5min and executed often on 1min TF from OB's or FVG's. Thanks a lot!!! Will implement it on the upcoming week.
