Dallas is really a main city in Texas. I even can say more popular than Houston or Austin. All main events and sports teams are from Dallas. I live 1,5 hours from Dallas in a small town Glen Rose but Ilove coming to Dallas. I'm also a fan of Dallas Stars. Let's go STARS!! I'm in love with Dallas. Next to that waterpark in Grand Prairie is Vidarra’s. It’s not expensive. It IS a great place to eat. Good food and good service awaits you. My wife and I go weekly. Get in the wait list cuz sometimes they get really busy.

I've done a few of those attractions like the Reunion Tower, the zoo, the aquarium, and Six Flags Over Texas. But one thing I regret not doing while in the city was visit nearby Fort Worth. I don't know much about what they have to do, but I've been told that the zoo they have is better than the one in Dallas.
