Primer is arguably the best time travel movie out there. The science behind it is well explained, they use their device responsibly and the consequences of their adventures are also well derived with a good ending. There is no hype, no action, chase etc.

Ive seen most of those moves. I guess a movie like Triangle should be in that category 🤔
More User Perspectives
Coherence is fantastic
@shabbyhussain354I really like Safety Not Guaranteed along with Super 8. I have numerous movies on Vudu that are under rated.
@1415reynoldsdark city and coherence were very good
@leVraiQuasarHow do you know what I've seen?
@ashleybrown4754I've seen one of them.
@josh72456I wouldn't class any of these as especially obscure and I've seen nine of them

Me: "I've seen all of these."
This In Film Movie in Meme.😊
@MohamadFirjaThank you so much for this list! I watched 'Safety Not Guaranteed' yeeeaaaars ago and enjoyed it so much, but forgot what it was called and was never able to find it again. Definitely hoing to rewatch it now.
@ginaleith1510I watched Los Cronocrímenes (timecrimes) pretty much by pure luck in a pre-release pass and was blown away.
Years later when people started mentioning predestination as an example of closed loop time travel I remember thinking "boy you have no idea what you're talking about"
"The Vast Of Night" and "Primer" are brilliant!
@MC-jj5nhI once described Coherence as one of the best Sci Fi movies no one has seen. It really sucks you in and does not let go
@julienneaves790Colossal (Anne Hathaway), the Hills have Eyes and The Mummy (Tom Cruise).
@Garfman8876:19 while this guy was talking I half expected him to say “oh”
@Awesomecrazy-c1bPrimer has the best line of dialogue of any time travel movie: "I'm hungry, I haven't eaten since later today."
@ricovargas9775Since its initial release, I have viewed "The Vast of Night" three times, possibly four. And I am certain I will see it again for more. The movie is remarkably grounded in the history and culture of the 1950s, and the acting is first-rate. Not to be missed is Sierra McCormick's one long, uninterrupted take at her telephone switchboard. It is a treasure to behold. And Jake Horowitz's fast-talking, self-assured radio dj performance lures the viewer deep into the paranoia of 70-odd years ago. Also, do pay attention to the Hudson Hornet. It's an integral part of the show. Warning: Those who demand SF with flesh-eating monsters, alien invasions, spaceship explosions, and Tom Cruise will be mightily disappointed, if not outraged (based on some viewer reviews). But for those who find atmosphere, superb acting, cosmic mystery, and cinema craftsmanship alluring, this movie is a blast.
PS The backstory about how and where this film was made, by one who had never made a film before, is a winning story unto itself. BTW and I forgot, the steadicam's night flight down Main Street, through the town, on into the high school gym, over the basketball game, and out through the elevated gym window is a delight—a single-take, mesmerizing piece of film composition. Oh ya, see if you can figure out the puzzle associated with the radio station's call sign ID. :)
Primer is a hidden 💎
@Aragorn7884Predestination 😱
@Aragorn7884I am so happy I’ve seen most of these although I think you need to add 1) City of Lost Children 2) Moon 3) Sunshine 4) The Signal
