How to restrict anyone you don’t follow from sending content or messages on instagram

I had to create another account some time back as my old account has been stolen. The first thing I did with the new account was to activate authenticator.

From my iPhone 14, how do I get to the security settings in my Instagram account? I do not have that option from Settings. "Password & Security" settings in Apple ID is turned ON for two factor authentication. But, there doesn't appear to be a way to select two factor authentication in my Instagram profile from within my iPhone 14 settings.
