Minute 5.10 the chicken wings were above the lamb's head .
Minute 6.42 and 7.18 the lamb's head were above the chickens .
Minute 12.OO beef / lamb at the very top level than lamb's heads in the middle at the lowest level chicken wings .
There is quiet a significant flavor contamination , as the taste of lamb's head is very strong , the chicken will loose all it's flavour .
I personally disagree grilling different meats in the same rotisserie you end up with some mixed unpleasant and weird taste .
Today we're taking you inside one of the best Turkish street food restaurants in İzmir to see how they prepare incredible roasted meat, sheep neck (Gerden), lamb ribs, whole sheep heads, whole roasted chickens, and chicken wings in a giant rotisserie oven.
This famous Turkish restaurant also has its own butcher shop, where fresh meat is prepared daily to ensure the highest quality. Every cut is fresh before it reaches the rotisserie.
Those sheep's heads with those wide eyes look really surprised to be there. I swear I herd one say ..."wtf, Shaun, where are we?"
They roast around 200 kg of meat every day and use more than 1 ton of chicken wings every week, making this one of the busiest meat restaurants in İzmir.
