This is all solid, deeply wise advice about how to handle the game of life (which is far more than merely a job, discrete projects, or even a network of friends and associates. It encompasses one's entire existence and one's place and responsibility in it, however humble, from the private and mundane to the transcendent and holy.).
But this video outright claims that your own life is the most important project of yours, which is still a self-centered view of life, even if not entirely.
That said, I understand that AI summaries nowadays are likely to be wordy, repetitive, and can be loose with precise word choice.
Amassing these deeper resources of strategic thinking is still filling up one's own storehouses. Great if that's the best you have and know of to work on, but is ultimately to be of service to whatever is more important and worthwhile than our immediate scope (without overextending what's truly needful for us, or being overextended, in cases of more foundational, "lesser" good being trampled under a supposed "greater" good.).
The greatest example of this, by definition, is being a part of the Kingdom of God.
