I highly recommend The "green tea noodle bar" on Jeju Island is the Osulloc Matcha Noodle Bar, a new dining spot at the Osulloc Tea Museum that opened in August 2025. It offers a premium menu created in collaboration with a Michelin-starred chef, featuring dishes like warm and cold matcha noodles, matcha bibim noodles, and pork slices, all designed to be paired with Osulloc's teas.
They have a green tea farm on the premises.

As a Jeju Island lover, one of the most enjoyable ways to travel the island is by bicycle. Even if you’re not an experienced cyclist, three days is enough to circle the entire island. Along the way, you can ride beside the ocean, which offers stunning scenic views. If cycling isn’t for you, try one of the Olle Trail courses. As far as I know, courses 6 and 7 are the most popular, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and volcanic rocks. Jeju Island is far too beautiful to experience only by car, so if you can, explore it in different ways. And don’t miss out on Hallasan Mountain. It’s not an easy climb—so prepare well—but the reward is discovering the very essence of Jeju’s natural beauty.
