If you like this sort of thing play Horizon Zero Dawn. Not the second one but the first. Story sucks and mindless diversity plugging but the game world and hunting robot dinosaurs was awesome. Looked great and some of the best sound effects.

@buckduane199135:01 ...and with that shot, the camo net will now do less than nothing... it only works if the dino hasn't already detected you. It reduces your visibility down to 10% apparently, but again if you have already been detected: it just holds you in place to be a nice snack. Throwing a flare can distract a carnivore and decoy it like Grant did in Jurassic Park (before Malcolm jumped out and undid Grant's work), but if it's not lit before you throw it: it will do nothing... and if you throw it between you and the dino, the dino will charge it, over it, and straight back into you as well (apparently). I got curious about the game and and read the (updated last, March 5, 2026) wiki, lol. Sounds like the dev ignores bug tickets and the player base, sadly. Lots of bugs more annoying than a compy pack...

@brandondlindnerThis game is an absolute clone of a game from like 1998, on PC.
Even the helecopter coming in to lift off your kills and place them in your trophy room.
The trancs, and even the graphics reminds me of it.
Cool thing about that (even in 1998) they had the dinos interacting. An aliosourus would kill a lesser dinofor food, and everything that was a hunter was hunting you, so you have to wear scent cover.
You could even by dino calls, like Duck callers, to trick a dino to coming to you.
These guys have added like zero to that game, but it's nice to see it come back around.

@azzyboi3194The game came out in 2020 ? Looks like it came out in 2002 and the gun sounds and the sound in general . . . . . . . . . . somebody did a real shitty job I would say. Games like, Hitman 2 Silent Assassin, Tony Hawks Pro Skater 3, GTA Vice City, Half Life, Medal of Honor Allied Assault, Mafia and No One Lives Forever 2 were done much better than this and they actually came out in 2002. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🦕🦖🤷👀🙈🙉💩Looks really shitty that game.
