This is my full Aldi bulking grocery haul for building muscle on a budget. If you're into gym, fitness or lean bulking, this weekly shop is packed with the best bulking food for muscle gain and mass gain.
Make a video for cutting
I break down my 4000 calorie bulking diet, including 200g protein a day using high calorie, high protein foods from Aldi. Whether you're looking for cheap bulking, budget-friendly meal prep or a complete food shopping guide, this video shows you exactly how to gain weight for anyone looking for budget bulking or bulk grocery haul.
Why on earth would you focus more on calories than protein? Yes skinny guys want to put weight on, but realistically they want muscle, not to be fat

I refuse to buy that mince that has been mushed/packed in a vac pack. It's impossible to cook with and is a solution to a problem that simply doesn't exist
@graemejones9707Just to ask, Is salmon also an option if you prefer it over the Chicken Thighs?
@Euron_M14 k calories for a whole week is massively low that means your only eating 521 calories a day so you can't bulk on that because your constantly be in a huge deficit you have to generally be in a surplus to bulk and build muscle. But you can build a little amount of muscle in a deficit but only slight deficit not one this huge the recommended amount to bulk.is this
A bulking man should generally eat a daily surplus of 250 to 500 calories above his weight maintenance level, translating to about 2,250 to 3,500 extra calories per week depending on his base size. This usually results in a total intake of 2,750 to 3,800+ calories per day (or roughly 19,250 to 26,600+ calories per week).
I also suggest if you don’t have much time for cooking , buy a slow cooker . It has changed my life. I spend 40 mins in the kitchen a week now for my mains.
@dcwatcher4644Is Pasta good for bulking?
@CorruptMSAGenuinely the goat for bulking

@spr-dprBread is never healthy
@Sweicz5:14 'cui-zi-mes'
@eustacebaggie857If someone has inconsistent training, lower activity then eating 4,000 calories without training 4-6 days a week they will gain mostly fat. The cost of protein powder wasn't included in your long-term costs.
