These NYC prices are wild, but when you're ready to jump on deals, having that instant credibility is key for funding. ShelfCorpGiant helped me bypass years of waiting to get approved for serious capital.

Hi there!
Could you make more videos like this? But you can see that a challenge between price & performance. As an example, if you create a new barrier from lower prices (like between 250 k - 350 k) for NYC, maybe it would be much more diffucult to find liveable places in this average but that makes very interesting options for your followers. And i want another extra from you: Could you share the point of the apartment in a big NYC Map? So, everybody can imagine the location easily.
Thanks

Discover what $500,000 can get you in NYC across the five boroughs! From Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, to Staten Island, and the Bronx we take a look at real listings and break down the financials of each home. Which borough gives you the best value for your money?

Which home would you choose and why? Comment below!

I live in Australia. Those apartment costs are pretty reasonable but the monthly property taxes and maintenance fees are APPALLING! If the government dared to charge property taxes (called rates here) anything close to that there would be riots on the streets! And where does it go? To that communist mayor and his grifter friends 😢 What happened to land of the free??

As a European it always amazes me that Americans have to pay property taxes while they own a building. Here if you buy a property there is quite a high tax you have to pay (but you can ask for a monthly payment through the first year you own the property) but thats all. If you buy a home you expect to be living in until the end of your life, these fixed costs are great imo.

Besides why the jumping interest rates? Can somebody actually explain? Im genuinely curious 😄

Easy to understand how someone like Mamdummy can get elected, when he pitches his affordability nonsense to the masses.

I mean this with no disrespect, but I would rather eat a blue Jean jacket than pay that much for so little.

Then, you can you can come home to your own house, your actual own place.. Backyard, barbecue parking garage done deal for me

CHRIST STATEN ISLAND HOUSES ARE ALL HORRIFIC THEY LOOK LIKE THEY ARE FOR 100 YEAR OLD PEOPLE

@FredChips
@

This is insanity!!! First thing he mentioned, how this is affordable and proceeds to show a 500k, 50k down, $3657 per month fucking shoebox that would even fit my current bed. You can 10x your space easily in a safer, cleaner neighborhood still surrounded by things to do and just train into nyc, to each their own but you couldnt pay me to live in the city

@mtall1238
@

Interest rates are insane there in the US. We've got a mortage last year here in the Netherlands for 3,51%, which has gone up a bit to around 4% this year.

some of the Brooklyn units at Bushwick Avenue Lofts appear to have been on the market for a year. What gives? 🤔

The Staten Island House is " slightly " over 500k. To the best of my knowledge 595k is 600k not"slightly" above 500k

@shayasteinberg4812

I have no idea what kind of locations these are but the prices seem pretty reasonable honestly - comparable to prices in Northern Europe capitals. Considering the $5,000/mo shoe boxes that people live in in NY it's sounds like quite the steal honestly. The American mortgages rates are insane though, so it'd be sweet if you could cash it.
