It's time for another fan favorite: what my French mom eats!
In this video, I show you my French mom's full day of eating typical French recipes! These meals are vegetarian with meat options, and she's an intuitive eater, so she likes to honor her cravings of the day and listen to her hunger signals. She eats the French way and has mostly healthy and balanced meals, but she also listens to her cravings and satisfies her emotional hunger. She also talks about the French way of cooking and gives her best tips!

Great timing on the video! I have an overabundance of cucumbers to use up from the garden. My only issue with olive oil/vinegar based salads is they don't store well in the refrigerator so I guess I can dress just a little bit at a time. It's only my husband and I so we don't eat a lot per meal. Love the meal ideas, though! Perfect for Summer!

Can you please do a video on how you mom manages her time as a working woman. Your house is huge. She cooks, works, manages the house still looks quite relaxed and chilled out. Howwwwwww!!!!!😃

I would recommend joining the community if anyone is thinking about it. To be frank, it’s given me the kick up the backside to start looking after myself better. I’m finally ready to make peace, and what Lucie has created is helping me work towards it. And now learning from her mum too is an extra positive.
They haven’t paid me to say this! I’ve learnt you can’t always do things alone and sometimes a community that’s not your immediate family/friends/or even in your country can be a big help.
