I tried to download your app. However, it's not available in England. Is there any way I can get your app or talk to one of your advisers so that I can get advice on how to invest. If I have a small pension ( I am still working at 66), if I contact my pension provider can I ask them to in vest in the four groups you recommend???. Thank you for your time.

It does not apply in most Europeans countries. Mutual funds are exchangeable, meaning if you sell them to buy another fund, you don't pay taxes

@rajvo7406I think it's important to stick to stocks that are immune to economic policies. AI stocks that have the potential to power and transform future technologies. It seems AI is the trajectory most companies are taking, including even established FAANG companies. Maybe there are other recommendations?
@MeirPamelaI recently started following some of Caren Janelle Jacobs’ advice and it’s made a noticeable difference in how I manage my finances. If you’re curious, I’d recommend looking her up—she has some really practical tips.
@Nathaniel-k9k2uCaren Janelle Jacobs really changed the way I think about saving and investing. I’d suggest looking her up if you want some practical advice.
@Erich-l5s8xI think the right mutual funds depends on your personal goals and timeline, i have been benefitting from a stock index funds and bond funds which has offered me stability and growth.
@Davies-Edward00What is happening with the market, why is $MORI in first place?
@electric2681Or, if you want an even more tax-efficient solution, invest in ETFs (Dave can't tell you about ETFs because he won't earn a commission on them).
@ezOqekuRitusohIConsidering the current market uncertainty, it seems prudent to invest in mutual Fund. I'm thinking of allocating over $300k for retirement purposes. While the potential for short-term gains in a bullish market is appealing, I recognize the importance of maintaining a long-term investment strategy.
@BrianWei-w9fVOO and VXUS = chill and be rich
@oxyoverhAlright I'm new to investing, what app or service do I even use to invest in mutual funds?
@tavi3702ETFs and index funds are your best friends as a beginner. Low fees, built-in diversification, and no stress about picking stocks. Use them as your foundation and branch out from there.
@Dwayne-765tIf you're aiming to retire off dividends, it's crucial to save for a substantial investment. My top picks are SCHD and VOO, among a few others I can't disclose. Remember, you can't expect to turn a thousand-dollar investment into a million—that’s where many people go wrong. Investing isn’t a lottery! Make realistic investments. While being ambitious is important, there’s a big difference between ambition and unrealistic expectations. For instance, last year I invested $80,000 in stocks and earned about $246,000. I reinvested that amount and am now approaching a million.
@KennedyVerbruggenI usually look up your videos for updates! Our government has no idea how people are suffering these days. I feel for people with disabilities not getting the help they deserve. Thank you advisor PAP, imagine investing $102,000 and received $755,500 within three months.
@RosemarywebExcellent information I brought my house in New York City for $200,000 27 years ago when I got married now my house is worth 1.9 million I'll have a million dollars to invest in something for my 3 grandchildren I was thinking about buying LP stocks, bonds and mutual funds I never thought about the turnover ratio. Moving to North Carolina where I own the modular home.
@catnight469ETFs like VOO and IVV tend to have much lower fees compared to most mutual funds.
@JakeTheSnake500The ones that beat the market
@jpbfxtrading2252Did Dave become a bigger goob when he started posting on the internet?
@heemlo649Don’t sigh up for the SmartVestor pro if you want to get a LOT text,calls,emails from different investors I even got a call from a dentist saying they represent Ramsey. 😮
@AntoniaAntonia-h3zI think people should diversify into Stocks, Mutual funds, Forex, and Real estate, witnessing traders' millions is inspiring, but I seek smart, informed strategies to navigate these markets, minimizing risks and maximizing returns, perhaps through education, expert guidance, or alternative investment approaches.
@MaximilianFischer497Do you mind sharing which stocks you recommend for a roth? I would like a 3 fund portfolio. I have fxiax and schd right now. I need one more and a reit.
@tishshamillerIf I buy a 200k dollar house and 5 years later it's worth 300k....my property taxes will go up because the county says it's worth more. Come on Dave
@ChrisAR1085My portfolio doesn’t just cater to dividend stocks. I hold $VFIAX (S&P 500 index fund) in my Roth IRA and $VTI (Total Stock Market ETF) in my taxable brokerage account. Two of my largest holdings. The individual dividend stock positions all complement the index holdings.
@sarawilliam696I like that advice about leaving a meeting knowing something you didn't know before. I've been in a lot of meetings where that did not happen. People came in with their minds made up and left knowing nothing new. Such a waste of time.
@mikemcconeghy46581:35 top investing quote ever
@FRJMJIf you’re young listen & apply these teachings, i wish i found him 30 years ago…
@Daniel7evensMade lots of money under Biden hope trump does something
@killamatrix1Buying of ETFs is easy, but buying the right one without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence which is best to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $260K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
@HannahbenowitzI think investors should always put their cash to work, especially In 2024, we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $350k of my savings in stocks against next year. Hope to make millions in 2024
@coryDeshawnI have a 3 fund portfolio consisting of 33% S&P, 33% Total stock, and 33% international. I feel a need to focus on complete growth so I went 100% stocks, but does the SP500 and TSM overlap too much to make sense holding both? However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait but watching my portfolio of $450k dwindle away is such an eye -sore.
@AndersonFair-cy2bbCapital gains tax is actually 20% if held for more than a year, if you sell before 1 year it’s taxed at ordinary income rate

@eatonbutler1532Im 30 yo M, currently i have 401k from my employer (i wont touch my 401k till retirement) i have this mutual fund acct where i put $100 weekly the plan is let ir seats there for 10 year till i have around 80k to 100k the idea is to have some cash availability by the age of 40 to either invest in assets or have some typeof wealth by that age.
What do you guys think about this plan, this mutual fund (fxaix) or do you recommend a different strategic?
does turnover rate apply to Roth IRAs?
@evanwatkins9243I'm so thankful for these resources. Power to the people.
@mthlay15What if no matter how many times you here about taxes it still makes zero sence😢. We are not all a typical thinkers and he talks to fast. And I've heard this same stuff over and over and still he makes zero sence at all. That's why most ppl do nothing and stay broke and finding someone to actually take the time is impossible cause they just want to take your money. I've tried and lost trusting so called financial advisor.
@ashleyjones7662I have property tax every year based on a valuation.
