heals feeling lacklustre because of jeff happening to be on your team are almost always because jeff's co-support doesnt know how to function with a jeff. like that luna dying 12 times. theyre used to their co-support also being a crutch healer like cnd or invis and dont know how to position, pattycake, or stay alive in neutral. but those are just basic fundamentals, so if half your team doesnt know those things and needs crutch healing ults to live or do anything, you were probably going to lose anyway.
