🚚 Thinking of moving to Dallas Fort Worth Texas? Let me help!🤠

I’ve been following your content ever since I decided I wanted to relocate to Texas. I’m planning to move in September and will be renting. I was specifically researching McKinney when I came across this video, and I was excited because these are actually the top three cities I’ve been considering!
At first, I was set on moving to Frisco because of everything the city has to offer. However, the cost of renting there is a little too high for me right now. I also have an autistic son, so one of my biggest priorities has been researching school districts and special education programs. McKinney kept coming up during my research, so for the past five days I’ve been digging deeper into it. I also like that the cost of living is more affordable than both Frisco and Plano.
I really appreciate McKinney’s laid-back atmosphere, but I also don’t want the city’s “feel” to make me feel too far removed from everything the Dallas area has to offer (meaning the city vibe). That’s why Plano has stayed on my list too—it seems like the perfect middle ground between Frisco and McKinney. It feels like I could enjoy some of the amenities and convenience of Frisco while still getting the affordability and somewhat slower pace that I like about McKinney.
More than anything, though, my biggest priority is finding the best school for my son. He’s in elementary school, and making sure he attends a school that truly meets his needs is the most important factor in deciding where we’ll live. Once I know he’ll be in the right environment, everything else will fall into place.
If you know of any elementary schools in the Dallas area with outstanding special education programs—especially ones that are known for supporting students with autism—I would truly appreciate any recommendations. Thank you!

Me and my family are looking to move to Dallas so far it looks like Plano will be more suited for us, but McKinney doesn’t look too bad either which one is more affordable we’re coming from San Antonio

Great video! Frisco's energy and newness is incredible but Plano has hidden gems that I continue to explore.

This video honestly helped so much. I started out thinking McKinney was the move while planning to leave California, but now Frisco is looking like an absolute dream. That said, the idea of renting first and then potentially being priced out when we're ready to buy definitely scares me. SOS... Seriously though, great info, great perspective. We have watched a lot of relocation videos, but your smooth narration really stands out. Appreciate the advice and the consistently great content!

@kaseemmay2707Hey, I have a really big question and it’s kind of unrelated I gotta ask everyone where is the better city to live for a single 25 year-old going out solo? Is it Dallas or Houston?
I visited both. I like both I saw Dallas on memorial weekend so it might be a little bit biased.
But def wanna get more opions
Big bro I’ve watched all your videos.. and McKinney look like my vibe .. looking to move in February but look at apartments tho
Bro appreciate all the videos
Which one is the least racist? Isn't McKinney the suburb where the cops slammed black teens at a birthday party?
@jzk2020Plano sounds nice but what Addison?
@kapparhotau181Yes, it is like poetry. He talks about sweet tea, neighbors remembering your kid's names, frisco handing you a real estate package with a bow tie, or the DJ is someone's cousin LOL.
@mcnitsGreat information. great video, but what is just as beautiful and that poetic style of narrating that the other realtors can not copy. This is real estate poetry. Great work, let us share his videos people. Thy man deserves it.
