Video Overview & Insights

Who thinks Adam could be redeemed?

— @MerlynTheWizard

A Hazbin Hotel Season 2 discussion, review, and analysis. Discussing whether having Adam join the cast as a Sinner in the Hazbin Hotel would make season 2 work better. There are many theories that Adam will re-join the cast at one point, and this works as an analysis of whether the idea has merit.

Series: Hazbin Hotel

Vox was still better written, but adam had more intresting things about him to get

Song: Only You

Fair Use Disclaimer:

Bring back adam. As a True Fallen Angel.. feel like lucifer doesnt really give the fallen angel vibe. Let adam be that guy.... then as he is about to take over everything and all hope is lost. Archangel Michael comes out of nowhere and bests him.... BOOM saved the serious 😂😂😂😂😂

Ngl i think adam wasent eaven wrong,but bc we see them from eyes of hell he sees like he is in the wrong,i think him hating demons and sinners in some way wold be normal and there is many theorys about it also i think his jerk like personality fits him and i want his personality if he comes back i want it to stay the same i think he shold be reborn in eaden we get to see him in eaden but adam wold keep his mamory and maybe wings,we wold get to see human adam but with his mamory intacked lute wold be the one who finds him and help him get back on his feet and heaven adam wold get to speak and his "death" wold make him more profecional in a way as he wold explain his view point and in a way he cold be righ in most points and giving him another chance maybe in s4

My opinion adam was a better villain than vox due to vox being a fodder who couldn't 1v1 alastor and the hype with the whole weapon and nerfing lucifer which pissed me off but i understand they wanted to make vox look "threatening" but i know adam didn't feel like that but he felt more like a threat because he was capable of hurting Charlie and the others

Hah! Who doesn't love me!?

It said that season 3 would center around the morningstars and to be a difficult one for Charlie, challenging her views and the logo color of season 4 would be gold, indicating the seasons villian of angelic natur.
Aaaand, as fanservice seemed to be a higher priority as consisting writing so far, there is still hope 😅

It would be cool if Adam actually survived and went into hiding and maybe reunited with his son Cain, if Cain is in Hell, and did a V come back to help fight the next villain. (V a character in Murder Drones.)

I don’t think he should get redeemed if he does come back

You see, Adam’s juicy friggin potential was thrown away by Viv the second she decided to kill him off. I also believe Adam could have been so much more complex than just a self centred entitled overly sexual asshole. Adam was the FIRST MAN, created in god’s image. He lost both of his wives to Lucifer, he was exposed to sin when Eve talked him into taking a bite of the apple, he witnessed murder, not to mention the fact it was his own TWO SONS, he was the first to be judged, etc. Adam has been through a lot of shit, and they did nothing with it?? Are you kidding me?? I could go on forever about this. I love Adam as is, but he could have been so much better.

OK, I see where you’re going with this. I do admit this would be an interesting plot line to do because it would prove that not. Everything is in black-and-white just like the show is trying to tell us.

I did not like Adam he wasn’t really threatening in any way to me plus he didn’t get much screen time which made me kind of forgetting that there was a villain in the first series, and this villain was weak

Considering Christianity. Unless Someone commits blasphemy ( Something irredeemable and also almost impossible to do lowkey.) They can be redeemed. No matter, the actions they have committed. Also, blasphemy, just means someone's heart is too hardened and too far gone to have the ability to repent and actually care about their actions. Therefore, when someone committed blasphemy, they can't go back since they wouldn't want to anyway

I mean... its been all but confirmed that Carmilla and one of her daughters are fallen angels, and we have vaggy + Lucifer so we already know angels can fall....

If every season was just “who gets redeemed this time” over and over it would be crap, having other background story's going on is important to world building.

Im actually really glad they didn't bring Adam back because it would have been so predictable, I wanted to see Alister develop more and husk + angel get more time, I really enjoyed seeing Baxter and Niffty coming together and finding out Niffty was an overlord pre Alister.

I will confess season 2 didn't WOW me like season 1 did, Charlie felt like she lost 40 IQ or more but it has left me craving season 3 when I felt like the end of season 1 could just be an end and that would have been fine, but bringing back Adam and recycling villains like that is just lazy and would put a cap stone on the series...

The only way I would have wanted to see Adam back would be if he joined the V's and was helping them try to remove Lucifer from existence, it would show Adam getting consumed by everything that made him a bad angel and walking further down his path of damnation, then you could have lute struggling to decide between her love of Adam and her devotion to heaven.

I was laughing the entire the season 2 finale, season 1 was actually cool.

The show is about people wanting redemption there's no way adam would ever want redemption he was an unrepentant ass. I dont think you understood his character

Wait a minute, what happens to a soul that is killed by angelic weapon? I mean, everyone is dead, where went all victims of extermination? reincarnated? erased?

I feel like Adam coming back is still not out of the question. We don't know why it takes so much time, but I feel like he could still remanifest in Hell at one point or another.

Charlie does learn her lesson there was a whole convo with her and vaggie and a sexy song... i love the vid tho cause i agree just not with the charlie slander

I hope in season 3 that Adam becomes a sinner

Nice try Lute, he’s not coming back.

@notatallfunctional

Adam really needed some development, I do like Adam but like all the excorcists, he's very 1 dimensional but Adam really felt like he needed some backstory or lore or idk SOMETHING. And ik his death is meant to make Lute a more menacing and mayor villain, but Season 2 barely used Lute; If the show had more episodes instead of just 7 per Season, a lot of the problems with the show could be resolved.

I feel like adam wasnt even wrong.The ppl in hell arent any better than him.

@Xeonnotfake

Adam was such wasted potential. The main villain was barely in 15 minutes of the entire season. He was a great opposite to Charlie and they could have done so much more with him

@biscuitlin

You keep talking redemption. I'm wondering how to make him worse
