In this video, I want to help you move from skimming the Bible to actually feeding on it. God’s Word should be more like breakfast rather than homework. Jesus said we don’t live by bread alone but by every word that comes from the mouth of God - that means Scripture is our daily food.

Please help, I am a mom and wife, love exercising and I need to and prefer mornings.
I feel a lot of guilt if I do not jump out of bed and have my quite time.
I must have my quite time, prep lunch boxes, drop off my little human at school and exercise before starting work.
I think starting with exercise, get them out of the house and then spend time with God will help.
But I feel as if I am not putting Him first.
Please help

Nice video and info, I have 2 KJV Bibles, One is a Full Size Super Giant Print and One is a Giant Print Personal Size. If I read 2-6 Chapters on my personal one, When I get home I re read the same chapters :) and vice versa .. What I am going todo is try to read every book twice before moving on to the next book in the Bible .. Please someone let me know if its a good way to read/ study the Bible..

Yes definitely you're right open up your heart is the first initial to seek for His righteousness, i am just curious then but when I read the bible my curiousity lead me to much deeper meaning. At first when i heard it with someone preaching the gospel in the bible i cant understand it, but then it lead me to curiosity then it lead me much further more then it leads me to God and His righteousness. But i ask God first for deliveramce to help me understand further more His wisdom and knowledge then with the power of His Holy spirit I felt it me. Now it become my spiritual guidance that lead me to His holiness and righteousness i can see clearly and understand Him deeply. There are allegory, mystery, prohecy on scriptures that is hard to understand but by His mercy i think the Holy Spirit leads me there to understand. Yes youre right you should not only open your eyes but your heart too, there are something that the heart see, but the eyes sometimes cannot see so use your heart.
